Kris and I walked tonight, the first type of any physical fitness activity in over three weeks. Since then, I've been mostly working late nights that didn't allow me to get to the pool in time. It sucked. Just when I was feeling good about swimming and working hard, I have to start over.
It was hard to pass up the 74 degree weather on October 20, so Kris and I walked around the Monona lagoon. I don't the mileage, but it took a good 45 minutes. Back to the pool tomorrow.
